Guide to VAT for doctors
Since the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued
its judgment in the case of Dr Peter d’Ambrumenil and Dispute
Resolution Services (C-307/01), the UK Register of Expert Witnesses has been helping doctors come to terms with VAT. You can find out more about the tax and some of its finer points using the following resources.
Please note that some of these resources limit access to those doctors listed in the Register. If you are not sure if you are listed, or if you are listed but can’t remember your Member log in details, please contact us on (01638) 561590.
