Response to the Criminal Procedure Rules Part 33 Consultation set questions

This survey closed on 21 January 2006. We received 37 responses.

You can use this page to respond to the specific questions set in the consultation. All answers will be collated by us and forwarded to the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee.

We have added a brief initial section containing questions that will enable us to understand, and report back on, any differences in the views expressed based on the work profile of the experts who respond.

If you haven’t already done so, you should read the draft rules and notes. You may wish to read our initial response as well. It would also be wise to give yourself sufficient time to complete all the questions in one session, although we will attempt to combine multiple submissions made under the same name.
